“Arsenal have never gone away. They have always been interested in him. They have spoken to his representatives this summer, but unfortunately Arsenal have now got the same answer they got last summer that he doesn’t want to leave Real Sociedad. I think at 25 he could go up a level, but sadly it looks like this one has gone out of the window.”
