Scott Carson Ejected from Premier League Title Party After Attempted Fight
Manchester City goalkeeper Scott Carson reportedly faced ejection from the club’s Premier League title celebrations following an incident with another attendee.
The 38-year-old joined his teammates at a luxury venue in the city center on Sunday night to celebrate Manchester City’s historic fourth consecutive Premier League title.
The event took place at the upscale Greek restaurant FENIX, with City players and staff partying into the early hours of Monday morning. This followed their 3-1 victory over West Ham at the Etihad Stadium, securing their sixth title in seven years.
City edged out Arsenal to clinch the Premier League title by two points, thanks to a first-half brace from Phil Foden and a second-half goal from Rodri.
Foden opened the scoring in the second minute with a stunning strike and doubled the lead in the 18th minute after a series of excellent passes. Rodri sealed the win with a goal from outside the box in the 59th minute, following a spectacular acrobatic strike by Mohammed Kudus for West Ham just before halftime.
Following the match, Manchester City players lifted the Premier League trophy at the Etihad Stadium. The celebration will continue next Sunday with a city center parade, where they will showcase the Premier League trophy alongside the UEFA Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup, regardless of the outcome of Saturday’s FA Cup Final against Manchester United.

However, the festivities were marred by an incident involving Scott Carson. Reports from SplashNews and Mail Sport indicate that Carson was removed from the event by venue security around 4 a.m. after allegedly attempting to engage in a physical altercation with another partygoer.
Carson, who has been with Manchester City since 2019, has made just two first-team appearances for the club. His last appearance was in 2022 during a UEFA Champions League match against Sporting Lisbon. Despite his limited playtime, his contract is up for renewal at the end of the campaign, and there is a possibility that club officials might extend his deal.
